Caerleon acts as an catalyst and director. As an independent representative of our constituent we implement. We select a builder or solution (softwarehouse outsourcing party) or develop specifications, follow a RFP/RFI (request for proposal/information) procedure. All aimed at pragmatic, fast solutions, with the framework we agreed upon.

Together we manage the execution, we take obstacles, get step by step results. The informatie architecture is the compass we use.
